Civil Rights and Workers' Rights Class Action Law Firm

Goldstein, Demchak, Baller, Borgen & Dardarian (GDBBD), is one of the oldest and most successful plaintiffs’ public interest class action law firms in the country.  GDBBD represents individuals against large companies in complex, class and collective action lawsuits in the firm’s three primary practice areas:  employment discrimination, wage and hour violations, and disability access, as well as in other public interest areas. The firm is located in Oakland, California and has a national practice, litigating cases in federal and state courts throughout the country.

GDBBD has long been recognized as one of the top plaintiffs' firms in the country.  As early as 1992, the National Law Journal ("A National Who's Who of the Top Lawyers in Employment Litigation") called the firm "In a league of their own on the plaintiffs' side, handling the largest class actions nationwide."  More recently, The Recorder, in San Francisco, listed all of the firm's partners as among the "top attorneys" in employment law in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Every year since 2004, GDBBD partners have been named "Northern California Super Lawyers" by their peers, in recognition of their outstanding legal achievements and high ethical standards.

More detailed information regarding GDBBD’s practice areas and cases is available through the links to the left.
