Albertson's
Babbitt, et al. v. Albertson's was one of four class actions Goldstein, Demchak, Baller, Borgen & Dardarian filed challenging job segregation and lack of promotional opportunities for women and minorities in large grocery store chains in large grocery store chains in California. See also,
