Goldstein, Demchak, Baller, Borgen & Dardarian was retained as fees’ counsel by plaintiffs’ counsel in Scherrer v. Group Voyagers after the parties in this Fair Labor Standards Act and California Labor Code case reached a settlement that provided for monetary payment to the class, and the right of plaintiffs' counsel to move for an award of attorneys' fees and costs.  The fee motion resulted in an award to plaintiffs’ counsel of all costs and fees for all hours billed to the case at counsel’s regular billing rate together with a 1.4 multiplier on the lodestar.
