Goldstein, Demchak, Baller, Borgen & Dardarian, along with solo practitioner Lainey Feingold, represent the California Council for the Blind, the American Council of the Blind, and several individuals with visual impairments have obtained a settlement agreement with 7-Eleven to install "talking V-com kiosks" in 7-Eleven stores across the country, which allow independent use by customers with visual impairments.  Talking V-coms provide audible instructions through a private earphone jack for completing essential financial transactions, including account withdrawals, deposits, transfers between accounts, and stamp purchases from customers' checking and savings accounts.  There are approximately 2,100 Talking V-coms in 7-Eleven stores nationwide.  For the location of the Talking V-com nearest you, please visit the 7-Eleven locator page at www.7-eleven.com/StoreLocator (search for "Audio Enabled ATM") or call 7-Eleven customer relations at 1-800-255-0711.
