7-Eleven Talking V-COM (ATM) Kiosks

Lainey Feingold, represent the California Council for the Blind, the American Council of the Blind, and several individuals with visual impairments have obtained a settlement agreement with 7-Eleven to install "talking V-com kiosks" in 7-Eleven stores across the country, which allow independent use by customers with visual impairments. Talking V-coms provide audible instructions through a private earphone jack for completing essential financial transactions, including account withdrawals, deposits, transfers between accounts, and stamp purchases from customers' checking and savings accounts.
