Goldstein, Demchak, Baller, Borgen & Dardarian partner Linda M. Dardarian and co-counsel Lainey Feingold negotiated a landmark settlement agreement with MLB Advanced Media to make Game Day Audio and other web delivered information and services on MLB.com and all 30 Club web sites accessible to persons with visual impairments who use screen readers or enlargers to access websites.  In these negotiations we represent the American Council of the Blind, the California Council of the Blind, the Bay State Council of the Blind, and scores of baseball fans with visual impairments.
