IBM OVERTIME LITIGATION
In Rosenberg v. IBM, No. 06-00430-PJH, Goldstein, Demchak, Baller, Borgen & Dardarian worked with a team of other law firms and filed a class and collective action law suit on January 24, 2006, seeking to represent technical support workers employed by IBM all over the country. The federal court approved our $65 million settlement on July 11, 2007. We are currently working, again with a team of other law firms, on a follow up class and collective action law suit (Danielli v. IBM, No. 08 CV 3688 RWS, pending in the Southern District of New York) to recoup overtime pay for Rosenberg class members who were subsequently reclassified as hourly employees.
