Mahoney, et al. v. AT&T Corp., et al., is a putative class action pending in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of current and former Account Managers, Service Managers, and Project Managers who performed customer service functions for AT&T’s mid-size and large business customers in certain market segments in California.  GDBBD and co-counsel Grace Hollis of San Diego represent Plaintiffs, who seek recovery of unpaid overtime, premiums for missed meal periods, and related compensation and penalties as a result as being misclassified as exempt by defendants.  They also seek unreimbursed business expenses for service managers who incurred expenses maintaining home virtual offices and/or business use of their cell phones during certain time periods.
