 Angione, et al. v. PSS World Medical, Inc., No. 3:02-cv-854-J-25TJC, was filed on June 4, 2002 in federal court in Jacksonville, Florida on behalf of Account Receivable Representatives (ARRs), Purchasers, and Operations Leader Trainees (OLTs) working in PSS’ medical supply offices nationwide seeking overtime pay due to their misclassification as exempt employees.  The court granted final approval of a $3 million settlement on November 5, 2004.
