Our summer
associates usually work with several different partners and associates on all
aspects of our practice. Depending on our needs during the summer, summer
associates can expect to conduct legal research, interview witnesses and draft
declarations, draft and respond to discovery, draft sections of briefs, and
attend depositions, mediations, or court hearings. Our past summer associates
have gone on to judicial clerkships, fellowships, nonprofit organizations, and a
variety of private practice settings. We are an equal opportunity employer, and
