James Kan joined Goldstein, Demchak, Baller, Borgen & Dardarian as the Columbia University Law School Civil Rights Fellow in 2005. In 2007 after the completion of his Fellowship, Mr. Kan became a full time associate. His practice focuses on wage-and-hour and employment discrimination class actions and collective actions.
