Joseph Jaramillo joined Goldstein, Demchak, Baller, Borgen & Dardarian as an associate in 2000 and became a partner in 2011. He concentrates his practice in the areas of wage and hour and employment discrimination class and collective actions. Mr. Jaramillo has also represented employees in severance negotiations and plaintiffs in lending discrimination, health care overcharging, attorneys' fees, and whistleblower cases. He has significant experience with class arbitration issues, including defeating defendants' attempts to enforce class action waivers and representing claimants in arbitration proceedings.
